A. Maintenance of Chiller units & pumps, FAHU’s & FCU’s filter cleaning, monitoring and reporting building cooling system etc. Ability to handle all types of AC’s, including, central, district cooling, split and window units.
   
B. Checking and fixing plumbing related faults. Checking the mixtures and hot water efficiency, domestic water circulation, pressure pumps, jockey pumps, drainage, sewage water disposal, filter cleaning etc.
   
C. Checking and replacing fused lamps, lights and other electrical components. Install new electrical extensions; prepare load schedules and miscellaneous works.
